Senior Consultant / ERP services
We’re looking for a business-oriented and practical colleague to strengthen our ERP consulting services!
Job description:
You will help our manufacturing industry clients with development tasks across various ERP systems. You help clients identify their business needs and the development potential of their systems, and actively offer working solutions for both processes and systems. The work may range from leading large projects to configuring individual systems. You work in close collaboration with our other services (data and sustainability), and if you wish, you can expand your role into those areas as well.
At Neuvolab, you also get to take an active part in developing our company and its services. We hope you will actively bring forward development ideas, and we put them into practice quickly. A willingness to take part in sales is also a big plus, although it is not required for this role.
What we expect from you
You have a relevant university degree and at least 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and ERP systems. You can plan and deliver even the most demanding projects, but you are also comfortable with detailed configuration work. Excellent business understanding and consulting experience are essential. In addition to ERP systems, you are familiar with the basic logic and integration principles of, for example, PLM, WMS and MES systems.
You are a confident presenter and can produce clear presentation materials and comprehensive documentation. You can explain even complex matters in a clear, visual way and understand what works in practice. You’re not afraid to admit when you don’t know something yet, and you’re eager to learn. The role requires fluent Finnish and English.
